Job Summary: The Data Analyst plays a critical role in completing effective data analysis, visualization and reporting at the Line of Service (LOS) and organization level. This position ensures data accuracy, manages quality assurance and process documentation, and assist with defining performance indicators. The role works on data analytics projects that gather and integrate large volumes of data, perform analysis, interprets results, and develop actionable insights and recommendations for use across the organization. The role develops procedures to gather data from multiple data sources into Financial Data Warehouse/Tools and acquires data from multiple data sources to perform analysis including creating basic to complex technology database queries. Develops and maintains dashboards in Power BI and helps create data stories and business performance reporting. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, MIS, Math, Analytics, or related field. At least 6 years of experience as a data analyst. Advanced understanding of Power BI Desktop structure, visualizations, and features or other industry analytics visualization tool. Experience developing, building, and maintaining dashboards using Power BI. Experience includes building dashboards from scratch; publishing, maintaining, and sharing Power BI reports in the web interface. Experience with Microsoft Azure Suite or Databricks. Experience with predictive modeling, extracting, collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting trends and patterns in complex data sets. Advanced computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Advanced Excel (VBA, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, Macros). Advanced PowerPoint, Presentation, and Communication skills. Fluency in DAX; ability to build queries and transform large data sets; ability to create and manage dashboards with multiple, complex inter-table relationships. Ability to import and integrate data from multiple sources (CRM, excel files, .csv, .json, etc.) into a centralized framework. Experience analyzing, interpreting, and presenting complex data and metrics to a variety of audiences. Experience with data-driven program evaluation, design, and implementation. Familiarity with data governance, data security, and data privacy practices and regulations. Strong communication skills including the ability to present information in an effective and clear manner. Effective interpersonal skills including demonstrated ability to coordinate and collaborate with others. Adept critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Project management skills, ability to independently design and implement analytic plans with minimal ongoing support. Driver's license required.
