RESUME AND INTERVIEW REQUIRED! -Basic hand tool use (screwdrivers, drills, pliers, wrenches, vise grips, etc) -Basic familiarity with computers (will need to be able to use mouse and keyboard, follow instructions on a screen when setting up/configuring devices as part of the production process. Basically, can they click on the right things and select the correct options when presented with an on-screen menu/dropdown). -Experience assembling small parts/devices -Familiarity with manufacturing drawings (seen/read prints before, can use a print to make sure a part is correct, etc.)
