This key role acts as an advisor to the EWS Contract to Order (C2O) Analyst who execute contract reviews, transcribe contractual billing terms and audit responsibilities tied to order fulfillment on behalf of Equifax Workforce Solutions. The C2O Leader is critical for revenue retention and growth. The position requires high output, strong analytical ability, good relationship building skills, and extensive internal business process knowledge.

What you'll do:

  • Lead a Contract Operations (C2O) group responsible for creating and maintaining contract pricing data across the EWS business
  • Direct operational initiatives, projects, and process improvements involving the team; get buy-in for efforts, measure progress against targets, and communicate results.
  • Provide clarity of team mission and goals (internally and externally) aligned with forecast changes/variances, budget and business plans.
  • Build solid working relationships and establish communication standards with business units, adjacent teams, and third-parties.
  • Develop the team and ensure execution against goals and initiatives.
  • Manage system enhancement requests by outlining impact and risk in prioritization discussions to leadership
  • Partner with Legal, Pricing, Finance, Sales, Technology and Project teams on business initiatives and process improvements across the billing and contract ecosystem
  • Work cross functionally with Product Managers, Product Owners, Business leaders and technology leaders on various business initiatives
  • Strategic leader, advisor and key stakeholder within our business operations group
  • Create strategies to improve business processes, speed to execution, accuracy and internal/external client satisfaction

What experience you need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of business experience with an emphasis on billing, process improvement and/or new technology implementations
