Job Description

The Formulation Scientist will lead and focus on the R&D and commercial aspects of formulation development and improvement, which are vital to our value proposition to customers. This role involves creating and implementing formulation strategies, hands-on formulating of products, aligning technology resources with organizational goals, and serving on the R&D leadership team to align formulation and technology goals with overall departmental objectives. Responsibilities also include evaluating and suggesting changes to existing formulations, leading quality assurance development, and overseeing the formulation development across the organization.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in STL Missouri.

Work Environment

The lab is embedded in a manufacturing facility which can be loud and dusty. This is not a clean, sterile environment and can be loud in surrounding areas.
