About the Role

This is a fantastic full-time permanent opportunity for a sales-oriented team player to be a part of the world’s largest manufacturer of professional dental products and technologies with a reputation for premium quality .

With a well-established territory, you will enjoy maintaining and fostering relationships with stakeholders, as well as promoting and demonstrating to Dentists premium market leading brands within the dental industry, predominantly in the fields of dental implants.

You will partner with Dental professionals to promote and sell Implant systems throughout New South Wales, increasing market share whilst developing client relationships.

You will have the support and assistance of the Sales Manager and allied colleagues to carry out the following:

  • Take ownership in driving a portfolio of dental implant products

  • Manage client accounts, lead generation and achieve sales targets and growth;

  • Partner with Dental Practitioners to provide exceptional customer service and a solutions selling approach

  • Build strong customer relationships across all levels within the dental environment through a consultative approach;

  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to dentists and other clinic employees;

  • Completion of various reports and analysis, responding to changes, market trends and competitor activities;

  • Maintain up to date product knowledge through self-directed learning and proactive involvement in training and market research; and

  • Work with your colleagues to identify and leverage opportunities across Dentsply Sirona.

  • Attend conferences, dental training forums and trade shows as required

About You

You will thrive in this role if you have;

  • Experience in territory / account management / business development

  • A professional attitude and a passion for sales with a proven track record of achieving targets in a competitive field;

  • The initiative and drive to work autonomously with successful territory management or key account management;

  • Strong communication and relationship skills; and

  • Dental experience preferred and be looking for a long term career.

  • Ability to autonomously run your own sales call cycle and manage your territory

  • Drive to continually push to grow revenue across your portfolio

  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities plus the ability to multitask

  • Proficiency in Microsoft suites/ CRM reporting will be highly regarded

  • Qualifications in sales/marketing/ sciences/business management viewed favorably
