Resident Assistant Job Details: Hours - Full-time Schedule - Evening Shift, 2pm to 10:15pm Pay Range - $17 - $22 / hour Location - 215 37th Ave N, St Cloud, MN 56303 Resident Assistant Benefits: 401K Match Excellent and affordable health care benefits Paid vacation and sick time Floating Holidays Free meal to all employees per shift (+ Dessert!) Tuition Discount Opportunities/ Scholarships/ Student Loan Forgiveness (site specific, ask for details) Resident Assistant Job Responsibilities: Assist residents with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) as indicated on the individualized service agreement Help each resident to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence. Provide residents with both physical and emotional support. Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement The Resident Assistant observes clients and reports changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, loss of appetite, weight, etc. to case manager. Interactwith residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate. Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, communication book, etc. Resident Assistant Qualifications: Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living residence (Preferred) Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred) Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident's best interests Great Lakes Management Company is an at-will employer; this job description is a guideline and does not constitute a written or implied employment contract.
