Responsibilities:
Team Maestro: Manage and motivate a team of canvassers.
Lead Magician: Generate leads for home remodeling projects.
Appointment Setter Extraordinaire: Schedule appointments like a pro.
Company Booster: Drive up our business by spreading the word.
Flyer Guru: Organize and distribute flyers to curious homeowners.
Progress Tracker: Report daily to management on your team’s awesomeness.
Goal Crusher: Hold your team accountable for reaching their targets.
Script Whisperer: Train your team on our sales magic.
Product Prodigy: Know our services inside out (after training, of course).
Appointment Architect: Gather homeowner info and set in-home demonstrations.
