SCHEDULE:

• Out-patient (Monday - Friday); 40-hrs weekly (3 opening days and 2 closing days)

LOCATION:

• 360 Birnie Avenue, Springfield, MA

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program

• Massachusetts Physical Therapy Assistant Licensure

• ​American Heart Association BLS Provider CPR
