Your role:

The high-performing Northrop Grumman team is comprised of over 100 engineering and technical services staff who provide all aspects of Design, Continuing Airworthiness Management Services (CAMS) and Military Type Certificate Holder (MTCH) Services. As a member of the Engineering and Technical Services team, you will be responsible for providing development and review of documents relating to the upkeep and maintenance of the Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP).

You will be able to plan and conduct engineering work without detailed supervision. This role requires a high level of professional judgement and the ability to make complex decisions across all facets of the maintenance program.

The MRD Analyst will also be responsible for providing mentorship to junior members of the team and perform peer review of engineering activities, whilst exercising individual judgment and initiative in the application of engineering principles, techniques, and methods.
