Description We are in search of an ERP/CRM Developer to join our team located in SPRING ARBOR, Michigan. This role revolves around the development, management, and optimization of a Salesforce platform with a particular focus on the Educational Cloud. It's a short term contract employment opportunity that involves working with data integration processes and a variety of technical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the Salesforce platform, ensuring its optimal functionality

• Handle system stabilizations, ensuring smooth and efficient operations

• Work with Salesforce Educational Cloud, utilizing its features for the benefit of the organization

• Manage and maintain custom objects and flows within the Salesforce platform

• Oversee the creation of accounts in OLAF, ensuring proper data integration

• Work on API development, enhancing the interoperability of the system

• Handle the configuration management tasks, ensuring the system is set up according to needs

• Focus on permissions within the Salesforce platform, safeguarding data and system access

• Work on client-side scripting, enhancing the user interface and user experience

• Utilize cloud technologies for the development and management of the Salesforce platform

• Develop and implement automation workflows for improved efficiency

• Work on AB testing, helping to improve the system based on user feedback

• Create and manage staging tables, ensuring data is properly organized for processing

• Utilize Microsoft and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning skills in managing the Salesforce platform

• Develop Salesforce APIs, enhancing the integration of the platform with other systems. Requirements • Proficiency in Client Side Scripting is essential

• Must possess a strong understanding of Cloud Technologies

• CRM expertise is required

• Competence in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary

• Familiarity with Microsoft suite is important

• AB Testing skills are crucial

• API Development experience is needed

• Understanding of Business Process Functions is significant

• Ability to create a Business Requirement Document is required

• Experience in Configuration Management is necessary

• Knowledge of Apex is required

• Proficiency in API - Application Programming Interface is essential

• Familiarity with Automation workflows is important

• Experience with Salesforce APIs is crucial

• Salesforce Development skills are needed
