Northwest Farm Credit Services Market Research Analyst in Spokane, Washington

We are in search of a Market Research Analyst I, II, or III to join our Learning and Development department in Spokane, Washington (Headquarters). This full-time position reports to the Director, Customer Experience and Research and is responsible for conducting comprehensive research on employee experience, customer experience, and market trends. This role involves gathering and analyzing data, preparing detailed reports, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across various departments. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and one-time home office stipend after initial training period. Compensation Information The base salary range for this position in Spokane, Washington is: Level I: $57,000 - $86,000; bonus at target is 8% of salary. Level II: $63,000 - $95,000; bonus at target is 10% of salary. Level III: $76,000 - $119,000; bonus at target is 12% of salary. Job Requirements Research: Design, implement, and conduct research to assess employee experience and organizational culture. Design, implement and conduct research to understand customers' experience and preferences. Collect data and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and financial services industry developments and conduct market and other segmentation activities to provide insights that inform business opportunities and strategies. Engage and collaborate with stakeholders, define objectives, understand and recommend research methodologies (e.g., surveys, focus groups, journey maps), develop plans, and execute research. Collaborate in building annual Research plan. Lead continuous improvement of research systems, processes and technologies. Achieve foundational proficiency in using research platforms (i.e., Qualtrics). System Administration: Serve as administrator of customer/employee engagement tool and research platforms. Identify, organize and manage data for easy and dynamic access and reporting. Data Visualization: Clearly communicate information, data and statistics through graphics, written reports, customer and employee stories, and presentations to general and executive audiences. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, identifying key patterns and trends. Transform complex data sets into visually appealing and easy to understand graphical representations (e.g., Qualtrics dashboards, PowerBI). Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, psychology, statistics or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience 2-4 years of experience in research, data analysis, or a related field Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to turn complex concepts, data and numbers into compelling business stories Effective interpersonal skills with proven ability to work with customers and with coworkers from frontline through executive Organizational skills with proven success managing multiple projects with competing prio
