Via Seatingis hiring aValue Stream Second on our Second Shift to join our team in Sparks, NV!!

All Second Shift Positions are from 4:00pm - 2:30am Monday - Thursday with possible overtime on Fridays and/or Saturdays as needed.

Pay Starts at $22.50/hour plus an additional $1.00/hour shift differential, but could be more DOE!

The Value Stream Secondwill support the Value Stream Supervisor in increasing the ratio of value to non-value activities and eliminating waste in the overall production and supply chain from start to finish, for a defined product family. They are also responsible for ensuring the value stream under their leadership either meets or exceeds customer requirements. This position requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience. The Value Stream Second is not a safety sensitive position.
