Job Description

Join a leading IT services provider, headquartered in Cleveland, OH with a large presence Michigan. There is a superior reputation for supporting many enterprise level customers within the End User Technology space within our community. The company specializes in being an endpoint management organization and provides organizations with technology endpoints with a suite of services to configure, deploy, manager, support, and recycle.

Duties

• You will be trained for the first 2-weeks on the technical processes required.

• Support a life cycle refresh upgrade project / Windows 11 upgrade for enterprise wide for technology hardware.

• Maintain technical competency relating to Tier 2 support.

• Provide excellent service, positive mindset, attention to detail, and high reliability.

• Run prewritten, SCCM scripts.

• Work with internal Healthcare Employees including doctors, nurses, staff, etc.

• Upgrade devices at various hospitals / sites in the area.

• This is a great opportunity for someone to gain valuable information technology experience with leading employers.

Start Dates

• 2 image techs – start date Monday, October 28.

• 5 deployment techs (group 1) – start date Tuesday, November 5th.

• 5 deployment techs (group 2 – start date Monday, December 2nd.

• Techs will be trained at Southfield for two weeks then will travel to various hospital sites for upgrades.

• Need reliable transportation and will be reimbursed for mileage expenses incurred. The image technicians will be based at BSC (Southfield) for the entire duration.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Interviews during the first week of October.

• All candidates will interview with Project Managers and Team Leads.

• Interviews will last about 30 minutes and they will look for baseline technical aptitude and ability to communicate.

Compliance

• Drug and background are required.

• Candidate must complete all Healthcare customer compliance.

• TB, Titer tests. This will require shots.

• COVID vaccination is required.
