Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.

Pay Rates Starting at:

$16 - $18 / hour

Responsibilities: This role is vital in the restaurant and each day in our restaurants presents unique experiences, and no two days are ever the same, but typically, every day involves the following responsibilities:

  • Leads each shift at a high level, by coaching crew and other managers to work together as a team to provide an outstanding guest experience.

  • Role-models leadership behaviors at all times.

  • Ensures high levels of quality, service, cleanliness, and accuracy when leading shifts

  • Ensures 100% guest satisfaction, while also being results-oriented to take measures around safety, security, inventory, and profitability.

  • Never stops learning by cultivating and encouraging training, education, and continued learning within the restaurant.

Qualities: To be successful in this position, you’ll need to possess some key qualities including:

  • An ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and in a friendly tone.

  • Passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members).
