We are offering a unique opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Outdoor Equipment Manufacturing industry, based in Burlington, Vermont. This role primarily focuses on the after-sales support of our products, requiring strong customer service skills. You will be responsible for looking up parts and providing basic troubleshooting for customers.

Responsibilities:

• Handle after-sales inquiries relating to parts and technical issues.

• Utilize software technology to look up orders and order parts.

• Perform basic troubleshooting for 3 to 4 products, leveraging initial training.

• Maintain customer service standards throughout the process.

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Utilize strong customer service skills to enhance the customer experience.

• Manage customer accounts and order history.

• Regularly update customer records and track interactions.

• Continually improve knowledge of the technical aspects of the products.

• Troubleshoot technical issues with customers as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a call center environment

• Strong customer support skills and ability to resolve customer complaints effectively

• Proficiency in using call center software and related tools

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
