Summary: As the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor, you are responsible for handling product, materials, and supplies for incoming and outbound shipments. Load and unload products and supplies for storing in the warehouse and freezer. Key Responsibilities: Attend morning inventory meeting; prepare and distribute daily fresh inventory sheet. Coordinate with sales, production supervisor and purchasing proper inventory par levels. Perform regular cycle counts. Unload inbound freight/packaging and ensure receiving documentation is accurate. Verify purchase orders and receiving match accompanying paperwork. Manage Bill of Ladings and proof of delivery related to vendor returns and product transfers. Prepare and reconcile outside storage transfers. Organize placement of products in cooler/freezer to optimize freezing space, remove and replenish product in cooler/freezer as needed. Monitor packed product to ensure maximum pre-shipping temperatures and that orders contain correct temperature recorders). Maintain order accuracy, case count and description. Load outbound freight trucks. Maintain finished pallets in an orderly fashion for product loading. Maintain the warehouse configuration according to the approved layout for product, packaging and equipment storage. Ensure that all products are labeled correctly, and all packaging is clean and stacked properly. Supervise Team Membersto ensure that all company standards are achieved. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures. Assist with maintaining records for QA logs and conduct or assist with morning QC/Push List; perform HACCP and SSOP Monitoring and Verification. Immediately bring all safety issues to the EHS Coordinator's attention. Perform other duties, as assigned. What You Bring to Pacific Seafood: Required: High School Diploma or GED Prior forklift experience Minimum three years relevant prior shipping and receiving experience Preferred: Forklift certified Bilingual Salary Range: $21.50 - $25.00 Hourly Total Compensation: At Pacific Seafood, your base wage is only a portion of your overall compensation package.
