We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk for our client in Solana Beach who is well-versed in Great Plains software. This position offers the opportunity to join an exciting and vibrant team, assisting in all accounts payable activities such as invoice processing, reconciliation, and expense reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Process, verify, and reconcile invoices in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.

• Handle vendor inquiries and respond to internal and external partner requests.

• Maintain and organize vendor files and corresponding documentation.

• Assist in monthly closings and financial audits relevant to payables.

• Ensure that all financial deadlines regarding accounts payable are met.

  Requirements

• Proven working experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk.

• Must have experience with Great Plains software.

• Fantastic attention to detail along with strong organizational skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• An associate degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting is a plus.
