The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of Restaurant Supervisory Cooking experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DESIRED TRAITS:
Scheduling, Hiring, Discipline and Strict compliance with health department standards
- Train and coach Team Members
- Manage inventory, Order Products
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
- Ensure all food, kitchen equipment and restaurant space meets food safety and quality standards
- Oversee store opening + closing
- Perform multiple daily food safety + quality checks
- Ensure all Team Members uphold standards in both Kitchen and Service zones
- Submit daily reports
