Job Title: 3rd Shift Production Worker

Job Description

Join our team as a 3rd Shift Production Worker, where you will be responsible for operating blending machines to dispense powder into bags, ensuring quality and quantity standards are met. Your tasks will include palletizing bags, lifting and stacking 50+ lbs bags, performing visual inspections, and weighing bags to guarantee the correct amount is dispensed. You will also perform basic math operations such as addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication to ensure accuracy in your work.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in SLEEPY EYE, Minnesota.

Work Environment

The role is based in an open production environment. You must wear a hair net, boots, and gloves during your shift. Steel-toed boots are required and are to be provided by the employee. Lockers are available for storing personal items including boots, which must remain at the facility when not working. You will work in a blending room alongside 1-2 other team members, handling and moving 50 lbs bags continuously, which involves standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
