Global Hair Care Operations

This position reports into the Operations Director, Global Hair Care and is based in Skillman, NJ USA (relocating to Summit NJ, starting Q2-25).

Role reports to: Operations Director, Global Hair Care

Location: Kenvue's corporate headquarter is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Pay: In the US this position ranges from $113,000 - $195,500

What You Will Do

The Senior Manager, US & Latam Demand Planning Lead is responsible for leading and executing Demand Planning processes in alignment with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for the Haircare business in the US and Latam markets. This role requires strong partnership and collaboration with Marketing, Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain and the ability to identify and advise approaches to achieve congruence between demand generation initiatives and supply capabilities.

The role requires an understanding of, and leadership within, demand planning processes, Supply Chain KPIs (Customer Service, Inventory, Forecast accuracy), Supply Chain latest knowledge to drive agility and NPI project management and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- US Demand Planning activities in alignment with the US IBP process.

- US Demand Planning activities for Trade Customization activities.

- LatAm Demand Planning activities in coordination with local distributors and the LatAm Commercial Lead.

- LatAm product change coordination ensuring the local teams have visibility of product changes to trigger registration and lead the trade-off call conversations with Global Supply Planning.

- Annual Product Portfolio Rationalization process for the US, Canada and LatAm markets.

- Ensure all key stakeholders within the business franchise are knowledgeable and compliant regarding key processes that contribute to customer service within the business.

- Drive the forecast review process within the franchise team, partnering with other key stakeholders in Demand Management and SC, to achieve optimal outcomes for the franchise.

- Collaborate with Supply Planning to ensure optimal customer service and inventory outcomes.

- Analyze reasons for service failures. Recommend and drive initiatives to prevent future occurrences.

- Agree appropriate safety stock parameters with Supply Planning to ensure customer service levels are met with responsible levels of inventory.

- Systematically review inventory related opportunities with the business, to ensure that the business derives maximum financial return on its inventory.

- Drive demand planning processes within franchise team, partnering with other key stakeholders.

- Ensure robust building block process is in place.

- Partner with NPI project management and track post launch.

In addition, this position has people leadership responsibilities for a team of 1 - 3 demand planners.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

A minimum of 6 years experience in Supply Chain role

A minimum of 2 years experience in demand & supply planning.

A minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role with direct reports.

Strong leadership skills including an ability to influence, drive business results with a strong understanding of the overall business.

Strong team management skills, driving collaboration and clear decision making.

An understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning tool (ERP) and Microsoft Office tools.

Strong English language skills.

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $113,000 to $195,500. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
