PAY: $18 to $22/HR (Pay Is Based on Experience)

Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Hours: 1st shift, 2nd shift, 3rd shift Available

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled Forklift Driver to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment and a strong commitment to safety and productivity but we are willing to train the right candidate. As a Forklift Driver, you will play a key role in moving, stacking, and organizing materials within our facility, contributing to the smooth flow of operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and trucks.

• Load and unload shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Stack and organize products in designated areas according to company standards.

• Conduct pre-shift inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance issues.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.

• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or distribution setting.

• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
