Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibility:

1. Perform diagnostic tests to identify issues with (specific equipment or systems).

2. Repair or replace faulty components, such as motors, sensors, circuits, and valves, to restore equipment functionality.

3. Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and service procedures to prevent breakdowns and ensure reliability.

4. Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot problems and provide technical support and assistance.

5. Document service activities, including repairs performed, parts used, and labor hours, using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

6. Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers to coordinate service appointments and prioritize workload.

7. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.

8. Stay current with industry trends and technology advancements through ongoing training and professional development.
