Tire Store Counterperson

$20-24/hour + Commission

Location : Sioux Falls, SD

Pay : $20-24/hour + Commission

Job Summary :

As a Counterperson, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your role will involve assisting customers with their tire and automotive needs, processing sales, and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet customers warmly and assess their needs.

• Provide information on tire products, services, and promotions.

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Schedule appointments for tire installations and services.

• Maintain a clean and organized counter area.

• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

• Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Qualifications :

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of tires and automotive services is a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and computers.
