As a Training Team Intern, you will be an integral part of our innovative project aimed at streamlining training certification workflow procedures. You will work closely with the training team to digitize conventional workflows using Covalent, with the ultimate goal of facilitating seamless certification processes.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the training team to understand existing certification workflow procedures.

• Assist in the digitization of conventional workflows using Covalent.

• Conduct research and gather data to identify areas for improvement in the certification process.

• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

• Assist in the creation of documentation and training materials for end-users.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed to integrate Covalent into existing systems and processes.

• Support other training activities.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Degree in Business or Aerospace Engineering is preferred.
