To run DED (Direct Energy Deposition) DOEs under Engineer's guidance, analyse metallography and record data to identify and improve the process window to be ready for industrialization.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
Deliverables: Create a PCN package for repairing HPTB by using DED welding process under the guidance of process engineer. Need verify a stable process for PCN with acceptable FPI, X-ray and metallography analysis.
Problem Solving: Understand the principle and key parameters of DED. According to the quality results, improve the process with DOE. Understand the metallography and practice the analysis.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering is preferred
