Key Responsibilities:

Funnel & Forecast Management

Achieves the planned growth for revenue and bookings in the assigned accounts/territory while maintaining or exceeding margin goals

Provides realistic sales forecasts to management and communicates any significant changes or developments in a proactive and timely manner

Evaluates market trends and captures competitive information, identifies trends that affect current and future growth of country sales

Service Sales Operations

Expand service revenue through Services Solution including Warranty Conversion, Time and Material, Contract Renewals, Upgrades, Preventive Maintenace, Validation services, Relocation, and customized services solutions

Responsible to prepare sales proposals, quotations and tender submission

Partner closely with field services colleagues to identify, quote and convert leads to improve current sales within assigned customer accounts

Relationship Management and Analytics

Build and maintain positive relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the industry

Collaborates with customers to understand their business needs and strategic objectives, establishes relationships with decision-makers, and identifies, develops and closes customized service solution business opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, Information/computer or relevant field.

Can manage multi-customer accounts efficiently; plan and perform work in accordance with customer requirements and professional standards

Proven experience in related industries, Industry Sales/ Service sales/ Tele Sales background is good to have

Self-motivated with the ability to work in an highly complex environment.

Open minded, agile with change and practical

Sales Force software skill is a plus
