The Senior Sales Engineer is responsible for growing Pall Market share for key accounts in Microelectronics customer base. Strategize Key Account Management for all assigned key account adopting Pall DBS tools and continuous improvement mindset. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn Pall DBS tools which will leverage the growth to next level.

This position is part of the Sales region team in Microelectronics and will be based at Pall Singapore Benoi office.

In this role, you will have the opportunity and responsibilities for:

Strategic: 10%

  • Jointly establishes clear direction, set goals, target and milestones of assigned key accounts & channel partners together with sales manager

  • Networking and building relationship with key influencers from key accounts to collect market insights and customer’s needs, competitors’ activities provide inputs to management and marketing

Operations in field: 60%

  • Execute key growth drivers and initiatives into action to assigned key accounts & channel partners

  • Adopt and drive promotion of new products and applications

Standard Work 20%

  • Standard work implementation (P4G, D4G set up, funnel review and bowler track, weekly estimates/ bridge, key account plans, pre-calls plan, Opportunity Plan/Blue Sheet, Distributor Monthly Meeting, weekly sales summary reports, complete up-to-date customer information in CRM which can be shared among the organization)

Other Duties: 10%

  • Attend corporate training to further develop understanding of the company, DBS tools, products, services and industry trends. Study and stay informed on products, technologies, internal processes, and other general information of interest to company or to customers. Apply this knowledge for your strategies and tactics to support your activities. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all company policies and procedures and demonstrate the ability to effectively implement them.

  • Perform other duties as assigned

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • University Degree in Engineering or Science with minimum 2 years in electronics industry experience.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and propose innovative solutions.

  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams and within a matrix environment and customers in electronics markets.

  • Balanced approach “customer first”, “Stockholder profit”, “company growth”, and “individual growth and wellness”

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience in Semiconductors, Inkjet, Data storage, and material-related market

  • Funnel management and value selling
