Consultant – People Advisory

What the day will look like

  • Providing project management to advisory projects on people advisory (M&A, Performance Management, Job Architecture, Career Paths, Competencies), broad based compensation, workforce optimization and sales force effectiveness

  • Lead capability development on advisory solutions in South East Asia while working with industry and geo leaders across the region

  • Design and develop customized solutions on the human capital advisory and rewards projects in SEA

  • End to end management of a large and complex projects ensuring client satisfaction, financial process compliance and profitability

  • Contribute towards key decisions on the SEA HCS business and its performance

  • Business development and client relationship management using the Aon United framework of bringing the best of the firm to clients.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • 6 + years of successful experience in adding value to client business results (ideally in a consulting role.) with a strong business acumen

  • 6 + years experience in a Human Capital related role preferred but not essential

  • “Executive presence” for senior stakeholder management, facilitating C-Suites and Board of Directors discussions

  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams, across multiple domains like talent , people advisory, rewards etc.

  • Solid communication skills (verbal and written)

  • High analytical and conceptual thinking skills

  • Knowledge and experience in international project management and the ability to multi-task

  • Willingness to travel if required.

  • Independent, proactive and customer focused.
