Your day at NTT DATA

The Senior Change Communication Specialist will support how the business plans for, manages and reinforces change by focusing on delivering audience-centric messaging, maximized across all segments, channels, and tactics. As a change agent, they will accomplish this by working across the organization to develop clear and transparent messaging. The individual in this role must be a strategic thinker, self-starter, flexible, and resilient as they will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies, plans, and activities to support complex change initiatives. They must excel at stakeholder engagement to enable the business to achieve its transformation objectives, drive employee engagement, and support the employee experience.

What you'll be doing

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to develop and execute internal communications plans and messages across multiple change programs concurrently.

  • Maintain the internal communications plan and calendar for change communications in alignment with broader APAC communications strategy and plan.

  • Implement employee and executive-facing campaigns, while championing diverse perspectives.

  • Able to draft and deliver clear and impactful communications, executive briefings, and presentations to targeted and diverse audiences, reinforcing the global brand narrative.

  • Maintain and/or develop communications measurement framework and use insights generated to optimize communications and engagement program.

  • Identify and implement new approaches, technologies, and innovations to optimize impact of communications.

  • Drive stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment to best practices, brand voice, and optimal engagement.

  • Champion and deliver global/APAC engagement and communication initiatives within business area(s) supported.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

  • Acts as a change agent by enabling communication between business, clients, and other relevant stakeholders.

  • Familiar with industry-standard change communication models.

  • Strong knowledge of change management principles and strategies.

  • Proficient in designing and executing effective internal communication strategies across various platforms.

  • Excels at stakeholder engagement in a matrixed organization to achieve alignment and support.

  • Able to effectively manage competing priorities.

  • Ability to develop and manage long-term change communication strategies to meet organizational objectives.

  • Ability to capture and interpret data to optimize engagement and communication efforts.

  • Attention to detail and able to translate business challenges into solutions.

  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.

  • Understands and anticipates the direction of the business area(s)/unit(s), identifies opportunities, and makes recommendations to support change and adoption.

  • Support interface with other resources and/or agencies.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in a Public Relations / Communications / Engagement related field.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 to 6 years’ experience in a communication, employee engagement and/or change management role.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic and change communications in a global, matrixed organization that achieve KPIs.

  • Demonstrated experience in employee communications or related discipline.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing competing priorities.

  • Demonstrated experience in acting as a strategic advisor to senior leaders.

  • Experience managing people and stakeholders while ensuring team goals are met.

  • Demonstrated success in collaborating and managing indirect teams, contractors, and agencies.
