We are seeking for a dynamic Project Management Director to lead and manage department-related services in an assigned market or client account. As a Project Management Director, you will play a crucial role in achieving our strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide formal supervision to employees, oversee training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and handle recruitment and hiring.

  • Coordinate and manage the daily activities of the team, including work schedules, task assignments, and cross-training.

  • Direct all phases of the project management process for small to medium-sized clients, ensuring accurate and timely execution.

  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.

  • Take full responsibility for the financial performance of market, program, and client accounts.

  • Identify project risks, lead reviews, and develop risk mitigation plans.

  • Apply a robust knowledge of multiple disciplines and key business drivers to drive departmental and cross-functional performance.

  • Lead by example, embodying CBRE RISE values, and negotiate with external partners to achieve common goals.

  • Identify and solve complex operational and organizational problems, utilizing appropriate resources.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with 8-12 years of relevant experience. However, we will also consider a combination of experience and education.

  • Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations.

  • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, performance appraisal, and retention is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey performance expectations and handle sensitive, complicated, and difficult information.

  • Strong leadership abilities to set, manage, and achieve targets that directly impact multiple department results.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and a curious mindset to explore and uncover new opportunities.

  • Advanced math skills, including the ability to calculate percentages, fractions, and other financial-related figures.
