About the Role:

As a CBRE People Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting various human resources initiatives, policies and procedures. You will also provide conflict resolution services, and communicate People/HR programs and policies.

This job is part of the People Strategy and Operations function. They are responsible for the design, execution, and monitoring of human resource programs and policies.

What You’ll Do:

L&D Support:

  • Manage and monitor grant schemes for learning and development programmes.

  • Ensure that all training grant and absentee payroll claims are filed with the respective government entities WDA and IMDA applications are submitted accurately and on time.

  • Engage and work with Institutes of Higher Learning and national agencies to identify and administer student and professional attachments to the organisation to build pipeline for talent acquisition.

  • Source and obtain national funding or any other available funding for staff development in line with national initiatives.

  • Manage the organization's training bonds, internships, and scholarships.

As a People Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role to drive organizational excellence through effective management of the HR related services that is consistent to the business objectives and supporting our employees to foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Play an active role to provide advisory on all people related agenda

  • Engage stakeholders on a strategic level whilst retaining the oversight role on HR operational matters in support to the company’s People Strategy

  • Act as a compliance controller to ensure conformity to employment legislation / global standard on people governance requirements.

  • Provide guidance and support on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and provide recommendations for resolution.

  • Support the performance management process, including KPIs setting, performance reviews, and feedback.

  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related issues.

  • Ensure HR policies, practices, and procedures comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Review and revise HR policies in compliance with changing or new legislation.

  • Keep abreast of employment laws and regulations and provide guidance on HR-related compliance matters.

  • Support managers in implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures.

Employee Engagement:

  • Drive employee engagement and create a positive work environment by running HR People events, initiatives that promote employee well-being.

  • Support execution of programs, initiatives and survey designed to improve employee engagement and well-being workshops and programmes.

  • Plan and conduct onboarding induction and activities for employees (weekly induction & Quarterly New Joiner etc).

  • Collate employee feedback and suggestions on organisation's employee engagement and wellness initiatives.

  • In-charge of updating welfare calendar communication.

  • Support the implementation of employee recognition and retention initiatives (Advantage Club, EA President Award etc).

  • Identify and submit relevant applications for national organisational awards. (SG Enable, Great Place to Work etc)

HR Operations & Reporting:

  • Utilize data analytics tools and HRIS to analyze HR metrics, trends, KPIs related to employee turnover, retention, engagement and workforce demographics.

  • Interpret data insights to identify areas for improvement, develop recommendations, and implement data-driven HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, workflow and improve user experience through technology enhancement/automation.

Who are you:

· Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources with at least 1-2 years of experience as a HR Business Partner, preferably in a fast-paced MNC environment.

  • Strong problem solving, conflict resolution, and has passion in driving results and in collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders on country level as well as across functions will be able to build strong partnership to foster an inclusive workplace culture.

  • Interpersonal skills with strong communications (written and verbal), influencing skills, demonstrate strong judgement and decision-making abilities.

  • Think quickly on feet, challenge status quo, possess strong integrity and values.

  • Outcome and result driven professional who is logical and able to execute tactically

  • Structured and organized, methodical, strong attention to detail

  • Good team player and could work independently.

  • Advanced Excel skills with good data analytical capabilities
