About the Role:

This role will be responsible for the HSE operational management of operations within IFM locations within the APAC region.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide technical expertise on the oversight and implementation of CBRE HSE programs and policies for the APAC Region.

• Review HSE local and national regulations for the update or development of new programs and policies tied to the APAC Region.

• Work with CBRE HSE Integrated Management Systems to ensure programs are active and track their performance.

• Provide technical expertise in HSE topics to help develop a Quality Assurance and Quality control program around HSE program execution.

• Interface with other HSE staff for alignment and awareness of policy and programs.

• Ensure full operational compliance of CBRE programs and policies.

• Ensure that health & safety requirements are documented, approved, and publicized throughout FM.

• Reports on FM health & safety performance to Regional Account Manager, Regional Operations Director, and Global Director of HSE where necessary.

• Provides support for auditing and incident/accident investigation etc.

• Provides the functional lead for HSE professionals working within the Account.

• Ensure due diligence and effective management of health & safety liabilities/responsibilities transferring from client.

• Ensures regional participation in Safety Campaigns such as Safety Week and other Corporate Events

• Supports FM’s in EHS Audit activities.

• Maintains currency of Facility Risk Registers and Legal Registers.

• Measure Account Performance against KPI’s

• Manage the GREWE/Landlord-related EHS compliance elements.

• Assist EHS Management System gain Further alignment with ISO 45001.

• Conduct Regular consultation on the fitness for purpose of systems.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, safety or related.

• Knowledge and experience with international HSE standards and best practices.

• Knowledge and experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

• ISO 45001 Certified Professional preferred.

• Extensive knowledge on APAC related HSE norms and standards.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

• Executive Presence.

• HSE professional experience of at least 5 years as an HSE manager or regional HSE lead.

• Knowledge and experience with HSE integrated management systems and software (e.g. Gensuite)

• Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio, etc.)

• Proficient in English (professional level written and spoken)
