Responsible for the overall leadership of the Aloft Singapore Novena in accordance with the objectives and brand standards of the Aloft Hotels and Marriott International, Inc. Responsible to lead teams for all aspects, including guest and employee satisfaction, financial performance, marketing, sales and revenue generation and delivering a return on investment to the property ownership. Holds the property leadership team accountable for strategy execution and performance. Builds owner loyalty through proactive communications, setting and managing expectations and delivering business results. Ambassador for the brand and the property.

  1. Drives GOP and profitability to owner’s and budget expectation.

  2. Drives the brand vision and standards for product and service delivery.

  3. Leads by example and inspires teams to focus on outstanding guest service and fosters a climate of cooperation.

  4. Drives guest loyalty programs to maximize on Bonvoy members’ business and stay experiences.

  5. Promotes behavior in line with the corporate culture, facilitates and drives open and effective communication with all stakeholders and staff at all levels.

  6. Drives employee engagement program and progressive people practices meeting expected engagement score.

  7. Ensures that the hotel complies with all laws and regulations of the country and its relevant authorities and acts as a good corporate citizen.
