What is the job about?

This roles’ primary responsibility is to help sales leaders to optimize inventory flow and ensure products or services are available to optimize customer satisfaction with relation to supply chain by being main driver of SIOP process.

Your main responsibilities :

  • Primary responsible for Industry Division APAC demand planning. Coordinate product demand (number of pieces, portfolio) within the monthly SIOP process (sales, inventory & operations planning).Be the contact window of IND APAC and co-work with global counterpart.

  • Ensure feasible plans are created timely and shared with relevant stakeholders.

  • Participate in or drive/facilitate medium, relatively high-complexity meetings in the SIOP cycle.

  • Ensure high data quality within area of responsibility.

  • Support Regional Commercial Priority/Global Sales Transformation initiatives, including but not limited to Rate of Energy Efficiency Product and Project Sales forecast and Planning. Proactively coordinate across functions to increase the accuracy of Sales Forecast, as well as provide valid feedback and pull for support from Global teams.

  • Work with Sales team, Operation Team, and Supply Chain Team to ensure the on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsible for escalating unconfirmed order or other issues preventing on time delivery at regional level.

  • Participate in projects and ensure continuous improvement according to business needs and be responsible to provide business recommendation in assigned areas and projects.

  • Other assignment defined by line manager.

Your background :

We imagine that you have:

  • Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, Sales Management Processes, Helping Sales Sell, Value Selling, Virtual Selling, SIOP (Sales, Inventory, Operation and Planning), and order management.

  • Experience building developed processes within Reporting, Market and Data Analysis and reporting.

  • Experience of working with partners, managing, and assessing the performance based on defined criteria

  • Bachelor in business and engineering combined with minimum 0-3 years of relevant experience from a large international company working in a similar role.

  • Experience in working with CRM, Power BI, SAP BW (Business Warehouse) and other business intelligence tools.
