Overall Responsibility:

The EA APAC Procurement Business Lead is seen as a trusted advisor, problem solver and coach to EA Accounts and procurement community (including procurement champions) in respect to procurement matters.

Key Responsibilities include :

· Member of the EA APAC procurement leadership team

· Input to and execution of the EA APAC procurement goals and targets

· Support with recruitment of account and platform recruitment, maintaining an internal and external talent pipeline to meet the needs of the business across APAC.

· Coach and develop account based procurement resources to support career growth and supporting the availability of ready now and ready next internal procurement talent.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with AD’s to understand their goals, value drivers and future requirements

· Support the AD’s with getting and / or retaining strong Kingsley results wherein it relates to our Supply Chain

· Escalation point geographically for the AD’s and account based procurement resources in relation to procurement matters including systems and process escalations

· Collaborate with account teams to drive standardization, leverage best practices, tools, technology, data, programs, and resources to deliver operational & customer service excellence

· Build strategies with the procurement community(including procurement champions)on how to reduce competitor spend while ensuring we have the best services in place to meet client needs

· Promote strong suppliers and innovative solutions; challenge sub optimal supplier performance and coach teams how to address.

· Ownership of creating internal communication in Teams to increase knowledge and adoption of procurement solutions

· Participate in the EA APAC AD forums

· Present at clients QBR’s upon request

· Promote procurement initiatives and solutions internally

· Collaborate with the EA APAC Head of Procurement on external marketing of CBRE procurement

· Upskill our procurement community(including procurement champions) via weekly coaching sessions to incrementally keep driving us on our journey to World Class

· Collaborate with analytics and technical to continuously improve on our reporting, monitoring and compliance framework to measure procurement success

· Identify opportunities for Business to Business (B2B) engagement, self-delivery of services and minimisation of spend with competitors wherever possible

· Lead and / or participate in working groups as we continue to transform on our journey to world class

Experience:

Our ideal candidate would have:

· Experience in managing client and supplier relationships

· Demonstrated experience in providing subject matter consultation on projects to achieve favourable, long-term value creation

· Deep understanding ofSupply Chain in APAC

· Lead / Managed / Developed a team to achieve shared outcomes

Required Knowledge & Skills :

· Strong commercial acumen

· Highly accountable

· Ability to analyse and solve complex challenges / problems

· Action oriented and results driven whilst maintaining positive and constructive professional relationships

· Advanced communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to consult, negotiate, influence, and liaise effectively with people at all levels of the organisation

Qualifications :

· Bachelor’s Degree in business related discipline. Equivalent relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
