Aerotek Painter in Silver Spring, Maryland

Title : Residential Painter

Location : Montgomery County, MD

Pay : $20-27/hr

Shift : Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Description :

  • Aerotek's client is seeking 2 experienced Painter's to join their team. They are an established company that prides itself on being an integral part of our community. They have been servicing the Montgomery County MD area for 10 years. This employee will be responsible for below duties:

  • Perform painting functions (e.g. paint windows, doors, soffits, fascia, shutters, etc.) according to production rates with no supervision)

  • Painting experience with knowledge of different paint types and application techniques

  • Perform spackling, glazing, wallpaper removal, and blow-out patching

  • Frame carpentry skills for repairing or replacing damaged structures

  • Plastering skills for repairing walls and ceilings

  • Basic math skills for measuring surfaces and calculating material quantities

Qualifications :

  • Must have your own painters clothes.

  • Should be able to confidently use brushes, sprayers, etc.
