Background & Purpose of the Job

You will join the North America Talent Acquisition team and be surrounded by a group of welcoming, collaborative, and engaging Talent Advisors. We will guide you through the intricacies of your client group and be your anchor to the business. As a team, we will drive an exciting and positive recruitment experience while leveraging best in class systems and resourceful external partners and tools.

Who You Are & What You’ll Do

You will hire frontline colleagues for our ice cream factory in Sikeston, MO, where we produce Breyer’s, Popsicle, Klondike and Talenti. You will understand their hiring needs and develop a plan to execute the appropriate recruitment solution. You will support full cycle recruitment from resume review and candidate sourcing, interview and assessment strategy, offer development and some pre-onboarding. You will use Workday and leverage various sourcing platforms to find passive talent. You will also taste a lot of delicious ice cream flavors!

As a Talent Advisor, you will partner, consult, advise and coach our line managers through each step of the process while offering a positive and engaging candidate experience for all talent. You will also partner with local HR teams and DEI&B.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience is required (mix of agency and corporate preferred) with experience managing full cycle hiring.

  • Factory and blue-collar recruitment experience is preferred.

  • Previous experience working end-to-end in an ATS required (preferably Workday). Experience with AI tools and hiring automation a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to simultaneously handle multiple complex search assignments and/or recruitment projects

Pay: The pay range for this position is $68,000 to $102,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
