Barksdale Federal Credit Union Financial Services Representative (FSR) in Shreveport, Louisiana
This position is responsible for the member service functions from the opening of an account, through the various services offered by the credit union. Such as acting as a teller, receiving and disbursing cash and loan associate, as well as the closing of accounts. This may be by telephone or in person. This position is responsible for cross-selling the credit unions products and services, and thus facilitates the credit union becoming the members primary financial institution. When problems or questions arise, this position is responsible for initiating a sound resolution.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.Good understanding of financial services and products. Knowledge of loan processing functions and related requirements and procedures. Previous experience with a full service financial institutionn helpful.
