Customer Service / Sales and Fitting Specialist
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage plus weekly and seasonal bonuses. Paid holidays (closed Sundays and all major holidays) No more working holidays and Sundays.
Shoreline SOLE PERFECTION is looking for. . .
A full-time person (open to PT if it works for all) who can start learning as a fitting perfectionist and has the ability, as well as the desire, to take on more responsibilities and duties. These positions would include assisting with buying, merchandising, sales, and all aspects of the day-to-day activity in the store.
SOLE PERFECTION is looking for team players with: * Outgoing, high-energy personalities * Ability to think creatively to solve customers' needs * Great people skills The ability to patiently help customers and deal with occasional difficult customers. * Sales experience - Sales Skills help you make bi-weekly bonuses and sales incentives.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining store cleanliness (dusting, wiping down counters and fitting devices, restocking inventory, etc)
- Providing a welcoming and understanding approach to customers.
Selling in a patient and friendly way shoes, arch supports and items that will help customers with foot related pain.

At SOLE PERFECTION you will go through a continuous training process. You will not only learn about the styles and brands (Dansko, Hoka, New Balance etc.) of shoes we carry, you will also learn foot anatomy, foot related ailments, and how to modify the fit of a shoe using everything from a stretcher to a grinder. We also focus on learning customer service and sales skills, to better serve the needs of our customers.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining store cleanliness (dusting, wiping down counters and fitting devices, restocking inventory, etc)
- Providing a welcoming and understanding approach to customers both over the phone as well as in-person clientele
- Explaining in a clear, patient and friendly way how certain shoes and arch supports will help with their specific foot issue(s)
