あなたの日常

ホテルにご到着される前から、お客様に渋谷の街とそのストーリーを体験していただくことを目的とした、予約チームでの重要なお仕事です。電話やメールで直接お客様と連絡を取り合い、効率性、正確性、パーソナライズされた対応が成功の鍵となります。日常業務

  • 予約の問い合わせをアシストし、お客様の滞在を思い出深いものにするために既成概念にとらわれず考え、地元のツアーからユニークな体験まで、お客様の滞在をカスタマイズし、地元での思い出作りをお手伝いします。

  • ゲストの予約、変更、キャンセルのリクエストに迅速、丁寧かつ効率的に対応する。

  • ゲストの到着前にすべての予約を処理し、フロントオフィスチームと協力して、ゲストがシームレスな到着を体験し、すべてのリクエストに対応できるようにする。

  • レジャー、グループ、法人顧客、旅行代理店など、さまざまなゲストを管理する。

  • ホテル インディゴ 東京 渋谷を積極的に代表する、ネイバーフッドのストーリーテラーになる。

英語と日本語の両方が堪能であること;

読み書き、基本的な数学、コンピュータのスキルが必要です。

First impressions count. To get our guests’ memorable experiences off to an unforgettable start, we’re looking for a Reservations Agent who can make transactions feel seamless, offer exceptional local insights, and anticipate every request to make our guests feel right at home.

Bringing the Hotel Indigo brand to the iconic location of Shibuya is exactly what our curious well-travelled explorers have been waiting for. Right around the corner from the famous Shibuya crossing and nestled deep in the heart of the major fashion, retail and nightlife of Tokyo we look forward to connecting our guests with our deep, rich neighbourhood story.

Your day to day

A key role in our Reservations Team focused on ensuring our guests begin to experience the our Shibuya neighbourhood and its stories, even before they arrive at the hotel. You’ll liaise directly with our guests via phone and email knowing efficiency, accuracy and personalised interactions are key to success in this role. On the daily, you’ll;

  • Assist guests with reservation enquiries and think outside the box to make their stay memorable, while identifying opportunities to maximise their time; from local tours to unique experiences, you’ll know how to tailor their stay and help our guests create their own local memories.

  • Be responsible for providing prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all requests for guest reservations, changes and cancellations.

  • Process all reservations prior to guest arrivals and work collaboratively with our Front Office team to ensure our guests have a seamless arrival experience and all requests are actioned.

  • Manage a range of guests such as leisure, groups, corporate clients and travel agents.

  • Be a Neighbourhood story teller, positively representing the Hotel Indigo Tokyo Shibuya

What We need from you:

● Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to

● Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories

● Fluency in both English and Japanese- extra language skills would be great, but not essential

● Literate and tech-savvy - you’ll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths and computer skills
