Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop customers relationship and working with channel Partner to establish account strategy to meet business target.

  • Coordinate diversified market accounts activities, especially in power, Automotive and new energy markets.

  • Responsible for consistently meeting assigned revenue targets.

  • Regular visit Key customers and define business strategies with sales activities.

  • Emerge major customers opportunities, maintain/track all the opportunities regularly.

  • Focus on business potential which will bring immediate revenues in 3 to 18 months.

  • Responsible for realizing sales/business targets on monthly/quarterly and yearly basis.

  • Monthly/Quarterly FCST update and analysis responsibility.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS or MS in Science/Engineering. Focusing on EE Major is a plus.

  • At least 8 years engineering or business-oriented job experience in sales/marketing, familiarize industry Power, Automotive and New energy markets is a plus.

  • Familiar with AM/FM tuners, isolation chips, etc., with certain customer resources and outstanding performance will be given priority.

  • Integrity, open-minded, self-motivated, team-work spirit, flexible, adaptive, goal driven and determined.

  • Fluent, oral and written in English and Chinese.

  • Good at Microsoft Office Tool.

  • Team player, dedicated, strong communications and interpersonal skill.

  • Willing to travel when needed (<25%).
