How you will make an impact

  • Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence

  • Manage incoming telephone calls

  • Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

  • By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers Requirements - Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills

  • Foundational knowledge in Prepare Quotes

  • Solid understanding of customer service

  • Billing experience

  • Insurance Policy experience

  • Adeptness in AMS360

  • Customer Quotes experience highly desired

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Epic System

  • General familiarity with insurance

  • Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

  • Supportive, positive attitude with a detail oriented demeanour applied to all tasks

  • Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Proficient with computers and technology platforms

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Outlook and internet applications

  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

  • 3+ years of past relevant experience in the insurance field with P& C License
