JOB REQUIREMENTS: Project and Change Manager - 51394 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Position Overview The Project and Change Manager will enable the successful execution of Johnsonville\'s enterprise strategy and goals. This role will collaborate with business owners, sponsors, stakeholders and cross functional teams to create and maintain project and change plans that deliver projects in scope, within budget, on time, and meet member adoption targets. Role level will be determined based on experience and skills and competencies. Flexible Work Schedule: Opportunity for Hybrid schedule after training; Summer Hours Available Memorial Day through Labor Day (half day Fridays) Responsibilities: * Collaborate with business owners and core teams to enable successful execution of Johnsonville\'s strategic projects and goals * Manage all aspects of a project including scope, budget, resources, RAID log, integrated project and change timeline, status reporting, member adoption and success metrics * Maintain real time project information and updates (Microsoft Projects, Teams, etc.) * Facilitate sponsor, stakeholder, core team and sprint meetings; ensure timely issue resolution, risk mitigation and decision making * Support and engage business owners, sponsors and stakeholders to ensure projects are taking actions to realize success metrics * Lead impacted group and risk assessments to determine level of change management needed for a project * Apply the Prosci framework to create change plans leveraging change management processes and tools * Develop and maintain strong relationships and communications with business owners, sponsors and cross functional team members * Be a catalyst to help educate others and continually look for ways to improve and drive efficiencies in project and change management methodologies, best practices and processes Location: Global Headquarters, Sheboygan Falls, WI (Our office is about an hour north of Milwaukee) Coach: Project and Change Management Manager (We don\'t have bosses at Johnsonville.
