Job Title: Mechanical Designer/Drafter

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Designer/Drafter to join our team. This position will be responsible for designing electrical box enclosures for automation switches used to control electrical breakers and creating 3D models using SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical box enclosures using SolidWorks 3D.

• Create 3D models of waterproof enclosures.

• Work on automation switches that are integrated into electrical boxes to control breakers.

• Utilize knowledge of sheet metal and materials in design processes.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in SolidWorks 3D.

• Knowledge of 3D modeling techniques.

• Familiarity with ISO standards for waterproofing is nice to have.

Work Environment

This position is based in Lenexa, KS. The work environment involves a collaborative office setting with opportunities to work on advanced design projects using the latest technology and equipment.
