Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in the wholesale distribution industry. This role is based in Sharonville, Ohio, and will involve handling credit and collection processes.

Responsibilities:

• Processing customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer credit records.

• Resolving customer credit inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking necessary actions to collect overdue payments.

• Utilizing skills in B2B collections and software such as AS400 and Microsoft Excel.

• Applying knowledge of the construction industry and billing functions in daily tasks.

• Providing excellent customer service both over the phone and in-person.

• Leveraging experience with lien law and construction industry processes.

• Ensuring compliance with credit and collection regulations and procedures.

• Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operation of credit and collection processes. Requirements

• Knowledge of Collection Processes and Credit

• Familiarity with the Construction Industry

• Strong Customer Service skills

• Experience in B2B collections

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities

• High level of professionalism and ethical standards
