工作职责 :

• 有效执行年度销售策略及区域销售计划

• 维护现有渠道的同时开发新的渠道及客户；扩大品牌及公司影响力，确保业绩持续增长；

• 做好客户与公司之间的沟通和管理工作，按进度完成年度销售目标；

• 了解经销商工程项目的储备情况，指导经销商开发新的业务机会；

• 持续开发新的经销商/项目；

• 处理经销商采购订单，跟踪应收账款，协调售后服务事宜；

• 按时完成销售预测，并定时对销售数据进行分析；

  任职资格 :

• 大专及以上学历，3 年以上建材行业的工程销售经验 ，具有工程渠道客户开发、维护与管理的工作经验者优先；

• 熟悉工程项目销售、招投标流程者优先考虑；熟悉门控五金者优先;

• 以销售结果为导向，工作重点明确，有计划开展工作并控制结果；

• 具有诚信、负责和吃苦耐劳的品质，有较强的创造力和自我激励，抗压力和适应力强；

• 良好的沟通、谈判能力及亲和力；
