Job Description

The leader will be responsible for building a product portfolio tailored for Chinese customers, the combination will be driven by digital, and aims to cultivate team culture based on growth mindset to improve the performance of all functional departments, to establish a more powerful and larger HydronicS organization in China, to meet the local demand for low carbon, digital, district heating and comfort.

Job Responsibilities

•Responsible for setting overall China strategy, direction setting and plan to increase growth momentum for BU’s / LoB’s.

•Be the direct leader of HydronicS China operations, RD&E, Procurement, and Portfolio. Ensure the development of C4C portfolio in close alignment with BU‘s, RD&E and Supply Chain.

•Support BU Strategy development with key inputs from China.

•Secure close cross-functional collaboration on strategic direction and execution through China Holistic Leadership team.

•Represent HydronicS division within China Region.

•Secure sales focus, drive and strong go-to-market strategy development in China.

•Lead and develop HydronicS China leadership team.

•Ensure localization of value proposition.

•Act as Divisional LT member, responsible for co-creation of HydronicS division strategy and responsible for China HydronicS P&L.

Background & Skills

• Solid working experience with related responsibilities in Manufacturing or relevant industries, preferable in highly competitive business in China or thriving in a matrix organization;

• Take accountability and proactively lead innovative initiatives and customize customer demand, with market-driven mindset and ambition;

• High integrity, aggressiveness, open-minded to drive business result;

• Strong and influential leadership skill;

• Decisive and proactive person with strong communication skill at all levels;

• Fluent in English with strong stakeholder management skill;
