• Develops identification, evaluation, cultivation and management of Open Innovation. Provides significant contributions including opportunity collection, partner negotiation of terms and contractual agreements.

• Participate in searching, identification, cultivate and evaluation of strategic partnership opportunities. Support negotiation and agreement signature process.

• Drive the commercial execution with sales, channel, marketing and external partners to deliver revenue and profit target. Build successful story and act as “OI portfolio P&L Leader to drive business results from all perspectives.

• Build stand work &process (SPG/APD) & project tracking system for both party.

• Manage long-term win-win partnership ecosystems to enhance our extended R&D and Manufacture capabilities in China.

• Lead cross-functional due diligence efforts and applies understanding of technical, legal, financial and market dynamics which have bearing on final agreements. Ensures compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

• Execute OI/Acquisition deal with at least 1 year integration and generate the impact per White Paper business case to demonstrate the great values of the partnership
