Job Description

Purpose of this role:

To support LEGO business long-term growth, we need a channel marketing lead, who is responsible for both on strategic level as well as on tactical and operational level.

The key objective of the role is to further develop the joint sales and marketing partnership with customers. This role requires comprehensive understanding of eCom business, great skills of portfolio and campaign planning and executions. It also requires strong leadership to lead a professional team.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing, Assortment Planning, and Marketing teams as well as various platforms.

  • Work with cross-functional teams and e-market place platforms including distribution, VIP.com, TMS and emerging channels to drive on-site campaigns, investments, key KPIs, and landing.

  • Activate marketing campaigns on different EC platforms based on both LEGO and platform’s annual marketing calendars.

  • Developing and implementing strategies and insights for the gift-with-purchase strategy, leveraging strong product insight and platform differentiation.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred.

  • A minimum of 6 years of marketing experience.

  • Energetic, keen to learn newness and explore different idea and strong presentation and communication skills.

  • Enriched experience working with Marketing / EC Marketing with proven records.

  • An independent, dedicated individual with highly responsible nature and ability to work in a matrix organization, managing complexity and challenges.

  • Proficient written and spoken English and Mandarin.

  • People management experience is an advantage.

  • Some domestic travel required.

  • IT skills: Excellent user of MS Office tools, especially Excel, PPT.
