工作职责 Responsibilities:
负责全国售后市场业务，促进，服务增长，优化服务效率；
Responsible for national aftermarket business. Accelerate service business growth, optimize service efficiency.
系统化和优化现场操作流程、工作流程以及标准；
Systematize and optimize field operation process, workflow and standard.
确保所有现场作业都执行和遵守安全标准；
Ensure that safety standards are implemented and followed for all field operations.
建立并维护可顺利适应各时期波动的现场作业能力；
Build and maintain a flexible field operation capacity that can adapt smoothly to peaks and lows.
达成 现场运营扩展的目标，如成本控制和服务收入增长；
Hit the field operations stretched targets, like the cost control and service revenue growth.
管理符合业务目标的项目成本，质量和交付；
Manage cost, quality and delivery of projects aligned to business goals/targets.
对整个现场运营部门员工的能力进行管理和培养；
Manage and develop employees’ competencies of the entire field operations dept.

任职要求 Requirements:
本科以及以上学历 , 机械相关专业；
Bachelor’s degree or above , Mechanical or engineering related
有至少 5 年类似岗位工作背景；
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
出色的领导和管理能力；
Strong leadership and management skill.
良好的沟通协调能力；
Effective communication and coordination skills
强烈的客户服务意识；
Strong customer service mindset
计算机软件操作熟练；
Computer literate
英语 & 汉语口语流利，书面沟通良好；
Fluent in English & Chinese, both written and verbal.
接受经常出差；
Willing to travel
